Been camping there for years. Love it there. Cant wait for hollidays this year to go back
Very pleasant site run by amenable and understanding people. We had booked for two nights, but weather turned poor and only stayed and paid for one...whereas other sites insist on minimum stay periods in August. i thought 12 quid for two people camping one night was very reasonable. Would use again.
Fabulous place for total peace and tranquillity. We chose to go out of season to avoid screaming kids although there was 4 or5 on site they were well behaved. There are 3 wardens on site that walk around quite often and are there if you need them.there is a lake and 2 pubs either side of the camp and a fair stroll into town being Seaton. The facilities are basic but adequate nothing that a lick of paint and a few mod cons would not put right. We will certainly be back again
Lovely, simple, unpretentious site. Showers were hot, free, and clean enough, facilities were basic, but sufficient, and the location was pretty good for exploring the surroundings. Fellow campers were unusually friendly, and there was a great pub just up the road! Definitely a site we'll be returning to at some point.
Just returned from a lovely bank holiday weekend on this site. Stunning views from wherever you are pitched, 2 great pubs within 2minutes walking, lovely, friendly and helpful wardens. The facilities are basic with toilets and shower block but they are more than adequate and clean. There is a massive dog exercise field which our little chap loved, a little shop on site and lots of water points. Couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be returning in the next few weeks.
