I hired Knowles for a the Whitsun week, 2018. The owners Allan and Alastair MacLean were very helpful, with tons of useful information.The house was clean on arrival and the gardens were well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with plates dishes, utensils etc.There were 7 adults and 5 children in our party, although I believe the house could sleep up to 15 people.Knowles is a lovely old houe, well furnished, with most bedrooms having en suite facilities. There is plenty of room for a bit of space for large parties.Nice views are to be had from the property, the park is very close by, with pubs, shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk away in Colyton.The house is well situated for visiting many resorts on the Devon / Dorset borders.I would thoroughly recommend, and definitely hope to stay at Knowles again.
