New hotel with fresh big rooms and very attentive staff.. Loved our stay here... Highly recommend
Hotel well placed for seafront and centre. Clean + well presented, l doubt many rooms had a sea views though. Staff very friendly + efficient on arrival on 30th Dec 2018. We didn't use restaurant so cannot comment on the food or service. As l have come to expect, as previous Premier inns, the room was clean and spacious. Water piping hot for a bath.
The hotel itself is very nice and the staff are very helpful. However we had issues with the Thyme Bar & Grill. Two nights in a row we went down to eat at 6pm and were turned away saying they were fully booked until 9pm, despite being virtually empty. When walking past approx 70 mins later they were still 3/4 empty! Obviously they didn't want our money?? Shame really as this let's down an otherwise lovely Premier Inn hotel. Won't be using a Premier Inn with a Thyme restaurant again, never had any issues when it's been a Beefeater or Brewers Fayre.
Clean and tidy. Woefully under staffed. Chef booked us into breakfast 1st day and we booked ourselves in for the second. Staff were great. Really helpful
Excellent family room. Very clean and well proportioned room in this new hotel by the sea. Breakfast is good value if you have children as they eat free! Recommended as good value for money.
